Helping Us

Conquest Centre for Disabled Riders is a registered Charity (no. 1103883) and a Member of the Riding for the Disabled Association
Up

To keep running, the Conquest Centre has to raise a substantial sum each year to cover feed, vets bills, shoeing, maintenance, stable staff wages, insurance - the list goes on!
No profit is made, every penny is ploughed back into the Centre. There are many different ways you can help us - see below.

USE THE INDOOR SCHOOL

The purpose-built indoor riding school is ideal for all types of equitation, dog training, sports practice, small shows and events etc.
For a small donation you can use it for your own activities. Please contact the Centre if you are interested in hiring the indoor school.

BUY PHOTO'S

We have had professional photographs taken of all your favourite horses and ponies, there are various pictures from portrait photos to the horses having fun playing with each other and jumping freely.  To see the pictures and purchase some of our photos go to www.Jayphotos.co.uk all profits in aid of Conquest Centre for Disabled Riders.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

You can help the Centre enormously by becoming a volunteer, even if you can only spare an hour or two a week. Please contact the Centre Manager to discuss.

DONATIONS TO THE CONQUEST CENTRE
Make a donation, however small, or a regular contribution, or buy a range of equine goods. Please call for details.

SPONSOR A HORSE OR PONY

Please contact The Centre for details.

'FRIENDS OF CONQUEST'
Join the Centre's fundraising committee. Or perhaps organise a fundraising event of your own.

RIDER SPONSORSHIP...
Some of the riders attending the Conquest Centre are able to achieve competition standard and compete at high levels. One or two are now in the exciting position of looking for Sponsorship to enable them to progress. If you are interested in sponsoring a rider, please contact the Conquest Centre.

FINDING HORSES...
The Conquest Centre sometimes looks for horses. The horses used for disabled riders have to have a certain temperament and also a certain type of build and strength - although of course, they can vary enormously in size. The Centre Manager is happy to discuss the requirements for these very special horses if you are interested in donating a horse.

If any of this looks of interest to you then please call or visit us! All our contact details can be found on our home page.
